Welcome to the new Spay/Neuter, Inc. website!

We are a small non-profit, 501c3 registered all volunteer rescue group committed to giving unwanted, homeless, or otherwise needy cats a second chance. All of our animals are in foster homes in the Stuarts Draft, Waynesboro, Staunton, and surrounding areas of the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia, or at the Waynesboro PetSmart.
